| Term and automatic renewal |
Paid plans renew automatically every 30 days (monthly plans) or every year (annual plans) until cancelled, and the current plan’s price is billed through Shopify at each renewal. If you change plans, Shopify’s billing may apply a prorated charge or credit. |
| Cancellation |
Cancel on Shopify’s plan selection page, opened from the app, or uninstall the app from the Shopify admin. Cancelling stops future charges, but charges incurred before cancelling may still appear on a later Shopify bill. |
| Returns and refunds |
Paid plans include a free trial; if you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. As a digital service, fees already paid are generally not refunded (including the remainder of an annual plan cancelled mid-term, and charges incurred before cancelling that are billed afterwards). However, for duplicate or incorrect charges, or if you could not continue using the app for reasons attributable to us, we will refund or credit the relevant fees through Shopify’s billing. |
