Payments
All app charges are billed through Shopify. We never handle payment details such as card numbers.
Access permissions
Our apps request only the Shopify permissions (scopes) their features need. Each app’s privacy policy explains what every permission is used for.
Data deletion
- When you uninstall an app, we delete the store data that app saved.
- We respond to Shopify’s customer data requests, customer data deletion requests and shop data deletion requests.
- To request deletion without uninstalling, use the contact page. We will confirm that you own the store before acting.
Encryption in transit
Our apps and this website are served over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Information you send through the contact form
Your message is delivered to our support staff so we can reply. Our processing logs do not record the message body, your email address or your name. See the website privacy policy for details.
